The summertime is an amazing time for light, for absorbing luminous sunlight. The saying “let there be light” is said for a reason, for a reason that resonates with a lot of people. I personally, love to be outside in the warm sunlight for at least half an hour everyday, especially during the spring and summer months. I have come to understand how important sunshine is for my health. (I feel so much compassion for the people that live in England, they have so many cloudy days, it is truly unfair. This is a great reason to take a moment out of our busy lives and really take the time to soak up the sun since we have the privilege to do so.)
We have to honor the abundant sun, it supports our natural health greatly.
